Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your MALA purchase. If you're not, we accept returns within 15 days of delivery for a store credit.

To initiate a return, please contact us at mala.losangeles@gmail.com with your order details. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and include all original tags and packaging.

Please note:

  • Returns are subject to inspection before being processed.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if it doesn't meet the requirements.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and using a trackable method.
  • Email us for the return address before sending anything back.

Order Cancellations: You have a 2-hour window after placing an order to cancel or modify it. After that, cancellations are not accepted. If an order has shipped, we can only offer a store credit e-gift card equal to the purchase amount. The customer covers return shipping costs.

To cancel an order, email mala.losangeles@gmail.com with your order number and details.

Final Sale Items: The following are non-returnable and ineligible for exchange or refund:

  • Bodysuits
  • Pop-up sale merchandise
